Goal Settings
The Goal Settings section enables approvers to review and validate the goals and attributes submitted by employees. This portion of the guide provides a clear process for accessing goal submissions, evaluating their relevance and clarity, and either approving or rejecting them. By ensuring that individual goals align with organizational objectives, approvers play a crucial role in maintaining consistency, clarity, and accountability in the performance planning process.
1. Approve Goal Measure
– Step 1: Locate & Select the Approve Goal Measure subsection on the sidebar under the section Goal Settings.
– Step 2: Select assessment Year
– Step 3: A List of all goal heads & attribute heads will be visible to the respective employees.
– Step 4: Select view to asses Goal Heads & Attribute.
– Step 4: Select Approve/Reject to Approve/Reject the respective Goal Heads & Attribute.
– Step 5: Once all details are finalized, the approver can view all the approved Goal measures on the View Approved Goal Measure page.
Assesment
The Assessment section guides approvers through the process of reviewing employee self-assessments and assigning final ratings. This part of the guide explains how to evaluate each goal and attribute, provide ratings, and add comments where necessary. – Step 1: Locate & Select the Rating subsection on the sidebar under the section Assessment.
– Step 2: Select Assessment Year & Assessment duration
– Step 3: A List of all goal heads & attribute heads will be visible to the respective employees.
– Step 4: Select view to asses Goal Heads & Attribute.
– Step 4: To finish the assessment of the respective Goal Heads & Attributes, select.
- Specify Approive rating
- Specify Approver comments if any
– Step 5: Once all details are finalized, the approver can approve all the Heads & view all completed ratings on the View complete ratings page.
